Overnight oats recipe

As promised, my recipe for overnight oats.

1/2 cup of oats

1/2 cup of plant base yoghurt (plain or flavoured, just be creative)

1/2 cup of plant base milk

1 Tbsp of chia seeds

For proats all you need to add is 1 serving of protein powder.

Mix everything together in a container that you can put a lid on and leave in the fridge overnight.

You can also add:

  • Peanut butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • Maple syrup
  • Jam
  • Cinnamon

Toppings:

  • Fruits
  • Seeds
  • Jam or compote
  • Nuts

It’s a very simple recipe but it allows you to be creative with your choice of flavours.
