Vegan Fluffy Pancakes

Easy to make, makes about 10 pancakes and you can tweak it to your personal taste and available ingredients.


  • 1 1/2 cups of self-raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl in the same order as listed.

Ensure you have no clumps before pouring small amounts of batter onto a non-stick frying pan.

Cook on medium heat until you see it bubbling and resembling a crumpet that’s when you flip it over and cook for a minute of two.

Serve with anything your heart desires.
